The Nursery is All Ready for Me!!!

My room is ready...complete with the wall art made by Grandpa and Granpda O'Neill, with the help of Uncle Scott.

Only 4 weeks (or less) to go!!

I'm ready to come out any time now!!!

Not too much longer!

Mommy's body is starting to prepare for labor! At the doctor yesterday she was dilated to 1 cm and she has also started losing her mucus plug. She has even had a couple "real" contractions!! I'm not quite ready to come out yet, though, so mommy hopes that I stay in for at least a few more weeks!

More Shower Fun!

Mommy's friends from work had a baby shower for her on 9/29, hosted by her good friend Julie. The guests all had to guess what kind of baby food was in four jars by smelling and eating the food. Mommy declined to participate in that game, due to concern that she may throw up all the good food she had just eaten! How does she expect me to eat that food later if she can't even do it?! Julie made mommy a "diaper cake" out of cloth diapers, pins, Snappis (alternative to using pins), burp cloths made by her mother, washclothes, and socks. She also knitted me a blanket that matches my room...Julie is getting pretty crafty : ) I also got lots of other great things, including lots of clothing items and a floor gym. Each person also got me a book to add to my collection. She also got a couple gift cards that she is going to use to help buy me a swing! Thanks to everyone that came or sent a gift for me!

32 Weeks Down!

Can you believe that there is less than two months left until mommy's due date!

A Showering of Gifts!

Mommy had a great time at the baby shower that three of her friends (Sarah, Katie, and Jen) hosted for her on 9/22! And, she got lots of GREAT things for me : ) Thanks to everyone that came or sent gifts...mommy and I both appreciate it greatly!

Riley's New Diapers

Mommy had some diapers made for me that will fit when I am first born. She even had one done in race car fabric! The woman who made them for me even made me a diaper cover with a stamp on the butt for FREE. Mommy is so excited to be able to use them!!
