More Nursery Pictures!

Grandma and Grandpa Bryant helped mommy finish putting together the changing table/dresser and hanging the valences. Mommy also put together my bookcase and put some of her childhood books, new books from both the grandparents, and a few toys on the shelves. Grandma and Grandpa Bryant also found the fun piggy bank. The nursery is almost complete...all that's left is the wall art and the glider!

Look at Me!!

Grandma and Grandpa Bryant came down to celebrate mommy's birthday and see me in 3D!! They were able to see me yawn, swallow, "smile", frown, stretch, give the thumbs up, and even "pick my nose". You could even count all of my fingers and toes. They were also excited to see that I was still a girl!!

Riley's Wall Art!!

Grandma and Grandpa O'Neill have been hard at work making the wall art for my room. So far they have done the wings of a large ladybug, a couple small ladybugs, and two butterflies! See how gorgeous they look?!!

Is That a Baby or a Basketball?!

Well, mommy has officially made it to the third trimester!!! Sometimes she wonders whether her belly is actually holding a basketball and not a baby though. She can't believe that her due date is in only 12 more weeks and that I could actually even be here before that!!

Mommy's First Trip to Labor & Delivery

Well, mommy made her first "Riley-related" trip to L&D on 8/13/07. Everything was fine, but mommy got the opportunity to listen to my kicks, punches, squirms, hiccups, and heart beat on the fetal monitor for a couple hours. Don't worry, I'm not coming out yet...I'm still plenty comfortable in here!

My Room So Far!

Mommy and daddy have been working hard this weekend to get my room all ready for me! My mom's favorite color is orange, so of course she had to incorporate that color into the room somehow...who would have guessed that all of the walls would be BRIGHT orange?! They don't have everything for me yet, but they are starting to get things. Mommy's glider to lull me to sleep and use when I am eating will go where the car seat is right now in the picture. The dresser/changing table will go on the blank wall you see pictured. I have two "closets" to put all of my stuff...the one of the left just has shelving and the one on the right has a bar to hang my clothes. They are very excited and can't wait to have everything they need for it! Mommy's also very proud of the table lamp she found at Home Depot that matches one of the pinks in my bedding exactly! Grandma and Grandpa (O'Neill) are working on some painted wooden cutouts to put on the walls to add a "custom" look to my room.
